The offices are very comfortable and accommodating. Dr. Cheryl Malina and staff are professional, caring, and supportive. Very hands-on to ensure your treatment is progressing well and available to answer any and all questions. The biggest accommodation I appreciate with this practice are the hours. I can’t thank the staff enough and if you’re interested in Spravato or infusion treatments, please consider this practice!

First, this was my first time doing K therapy, and I'm doing Spravato (nasal spray), not infusion treatment. The location is new and they're still working on getting everything together as of 23 May, but it's very comfortable, has drinks and snacks, and the staff is amazing and kind. I sat in a big comfy chair and was provided a very cozy blanket and a nice eye mask, and the staff was attentive to making sure I was comfortable. I felt very welcome throughout, which just added to an already extremely positive treatment. The process was remarkably easy as a qualified patient - I ran it by my psychiatrist, who was on board, signed my HIPAA forms and KETA Med Center took care of everything else. No jumping through hoops for insurance or anything and minimal paperwork on arrival for my first session. The experience was extremely pleasant and positive - incredibly relaxing and therapeutic, while still mild enough that I did some work before the end of my session. The location is also absolutely perfect for those in UWS/Harlem - right next to the C train and CPW, which is a wonderful environment to emerge into after.

Just had my first infusion, and it was great. I did have a reaction, but it was enjoyable and wild. The entire time Dr. Cheryl Malina explained everything, made sure I was comfortable, checking in multiple times, and told me what to expect afterward. She is easy to talk to and the facilities are beautiful and relaxing. I am looking forward to my next sessions (and all of the sessions) and really, really hope this is a game changer. I have been wanting this treatment since it was in it's clinical trial days... and now I am feeling very fortunate to finally be able to get them.

I brought my very depressed Aunt to get the ketamine infusion therapy and we have seen an improvement in her outlook and mood. They Taylor the dosage to your needs and walk you every step of the way. From my initial phone contact, until my final treatment, every interaction with the Doctors and staff at the MGM Center was friendly, calming, and informative. The treatments were amazing, to say the least! They are hard to describe if you have never experienced something like it. I can summarize that they are very, very fun and wild! I felt 100% safe during the treatments. I was always medically monitored and observed and was never at risk. Really, I never wanted each session to end. I felt better after my first session. This sense of feeling more at ease in the world continued to improve with each session; and about a month after all six sessions, I was living life in a way I never dreamed possible. "Happy" does not describe the ability to get back to living life. But, I was happy, at last. I highly recommend the Ketamine infusion treatment if you have been struggling with depression, or not functioning so that you can live your life to the fullest. I do not have enough fine words to say about the MGM Ketamine Center, as well as the two dedicated and compassionate Doctors Malina.They have helped me change my life in a way I never thought possible.

There are two Dr. Malina’s and they are both wonderful. I called many places to find out more information, pricing and appointment availability. This was the only practice that was kind, courteous, and got back to me in a timely matter. Other places I called did not get back to me for many days and I was at the point where I felt I needed help and needed to do something about it as quickly as possible. They were very kind and professional during treatments. It took a few treatments before I noticed any positive differences so don’t get discouraged. After I completed all treatments, I was in a much better place. I’ve had one maintenance treatment since then and I am maintaining my healthier mental state. I highly recommend them and their practice.

I can only say wonderful things about MGM. I started treatment in Feb of this year, it was cold and dreary outside but the Doctors and staff at MGM made me feel that my treatment was their main concern. I was immediately optimistic!. When I completed my treatment series, we expressed that we would truly miss seeing each other. They are just amazing. Professional and so so smart, funny and kind and so easy to work with. The facility is spotless, elegant and ultra comfortable. The treatment itself is top-notch and so effective (for me). I go for a booster treatment now and then and I love that I get to see the everyone again, I feel welcomed and I know that I will come out of there even better! If you are seeking this kind of treatment, MGM is the place to go!
